How to make a return or exchange
For restitution you have 30 working days from the date of delivery of the goods to return the items that you are not satisfied.
Are only accepted articles:
- not yet worn or used
- stored in original packaging
- accompanied by a copy of the order
- accompanied by the form exchange/return of goods available at this link Form Exchange - Return of Goods.
The exchanges/returns of goods that do not comply with the rules described above and in lack of Form Exchange - Return of Goods will NOT be accepted.
Send the goods together with the separate copy of the shipment via ordinary parcel to the following address:

The shipping costs for the return or exchange are the responsibility of the customer. The next shipment of the exchange is borne by the company, The fixed contribution and the right to payment on delivery will not be refunded.
