Payments

On the site of Divissima you can use different payment methods:

• Payment via Flag (which involves an additional cost of 9,00 Euro) to be paid at the time of delivery of the product. This mode of payment is valid only for Italy. Payments are accepted in c/cheque only for amounts less than 250€. For higher amounts, choose another payment system.
• Payment by Bank Transfer (please note that the desired product will be shipped only after been credited with the amount on our bank account). Please bring in notes of the transfer the order number that we have communicated to you via e-mail. The bank coordinates for payment by bank transfer will be communicated via email.
• Credit cards
• PayPal

Shipping and Delivery

Shipments, unless otherwise agreed, will be made by carriers defined by our company or its delegate. In this case, and only when' charged the cost of shipping the goods travel at our risk. In the event that the carrier is responsible in any way by the client, GECAVA will not be liable for loss and/or damage of the product from the moment of delivery of the goods to the carrier at its stores.

Costs

Our company is not in any way responsible for delays in delivery by the courier.

Shipments not guaranteed by the 14 to 20 August and from 24 December to 6 January

BIKINI, BEACHWEAR, LINE, SPORT, LINE, COCKTAIL, BALANCES: The goods are produced entirely to order, after order confirmation delivery time is 5/7 working days.
LINGERIE : THE delivery Times are 10/14 working days.

Our company provides the following fixed cost of shipping depending on the country of destination (the cost of the flag is charged only in the case of shipments with payment on delivery)

The delivery time is purely indicative. The same may' vary for reasons of force majeure or because of traffic conditions and traffic in general or by act of the Authorities. In the case of payment by bank transfer, the delivery time shall commence from the date of confirmation of the transfer. The delivery, unless otherwise agreed in writing between the parties, will take place' during office hours: from 8.30 to 12.30 and from 13.30 to 17.30, every day, no holidays, from Monday to Friday


Customs Fees

Some Countries may require taxes or customs duties on imported goods. These fees are established at the time the merchandise enters your country.
